It all begins with a frame.
I’m Hassan AlSaffar, a professional self-taught photographer based in Riyadh. I love capturing daily life and the details of human interactions in urban spaces. My photos highlight the vibrant streets and reveal the beauty and complexity of cultures and communities.
My photography journey started as a high school hobby in the early 2000s and quickly became a passion. I draw inspiration from everyday moments, capturing everything from children’s playful antics to the quiet reflections of the elderly. My photos are intimate and empathetic, finding beauty in the ordinary.
The works of renowned street photographers like Joel Meyerowitz, Saul Leiter, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Vivian Maier, and Garry Winogrand have fueled my curiosity for street photography. Their unique approaches to capturing urban life have deeply inspired me and shaped my own perspective.
